  This is not an office that can be relied upon. Much like one who prefers to see the same doctor for consistent, reliable service, I prefer the same hygienist each visit. My hygienist had an emergency arise a month ago, so they rescheduled me a month later, which was today. In doing this, they switched me to a different hygienist without my consent and they never communicated this to me. Since I prefer to schedule my appointments a year out, I had them review my next two appointments and found one of them was also with a different hygienist. Further, I was late to my appointment by 5 minutes today. So they punished me in return. Really, who does that? They called my cell as I was literally walking in the door. You would think that by calling, they were waiting to see me, right? Wrong. While I waiting less than 5 minutes in the lobby, they made me wait over 20 minutes in the hygienist chair. Maybe they thought I needed to calm down after becoming upset upon learning of the hygienist switch. Maybe they were trying to figure out how the front desk doesn't care about who they schedule where. Or rather, more likely, they were just disorganized. I'll never know because they do not communicate. I know this, hygienist was not busy with others because I was sitting in her chair. Again, no communication. And the one they assigned me was a less experienced newlywed who struggled with her equipment during the visit. It is also abundantly clear they are out to take advantage of patients' wallets as each visit they attempt to charge me a $50 deductible plus a co-pay for a cleaning. They tried to claim again it was because a periodontal cleaning is billed differently, which is complete BS. Each time I challenge them, they "fix" the paperwork, and magically my copay disappears completely. In my one visit with Dr. Garcia, who by the way, never works on Fridays, he seemed very sincere and thorough. However, it is clear this practice does not care about their patients by their poor actions and choices in how to communicate patients. I will not trust this practice for my long term needs.

  dr flatley is the best he knows how to give a shot for numbness that you really dont feel the shot,i hadnt been to a dentist in 36 years and he eased my fear,of dentist,dr. garcia is great too,Dr. Flatley had pulled several teeth and i didnt even no they were pulled painless

  My four kids, myself, and my husband all come here for dental work. Everyone here is very friendly. The prices are reasonable. They do very good work. The dentists are excellent. We started coming here when we lived nearby and have recently moved. It's a 30 minute drive which is a little far for dental work but it's worth it. We love Classic Dental!
