  My boyfriend opened an account and deposited money from a settlement he received due to car accident in which he had extensive therapy and surgery. He was going to use the money to pay bills and also people he owed, only to find out Suntrust froze his money under an excuse that there was a fraud mark on record. They told him they would refund his money after closing the account. It has been almost 4 weeks since they told him that and yet no check has been mailed. This is the worse bank I have ever heard of that keeps your money even when they say they will be mailing it. He has called and gone in person to find out answers and all he gets are different answers from different agents.

  Horrible customer service! I come here everyday to make deposits and it's the same every time! I normally don't provide reviews but this one deserves it. I hope a higher up will see all the feedback everyone has provided and does something about it. I bank with chase and the level of service you get there is indescribable from the minute you walk in! Everyone seems cheered up and willing to want to assist people. This bank is all the contrary!

  There a HORRIBLE bank my bank account was in a positive balance them they took two overdraft fees for NO reason . and when I ask to get refunded "we don't do that"then when I first started banking with them they put a hold on my check for 2 weeks originally said the check was voided but clearly it wasn't then after going to the bank and calling 5 more times it was held because of the amount . I could even pay bills and they didn't care!then they sent me my card without a pin number so I couldn't activate my card for a whole WEEK .I've only been banking with them less than a year and have had several issues . I wouldn't refer anyone to this bank !
