- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Gross and his team are one word: incredible! I have been wanting/needing rhinoplasty for 10 years now, but never felt I had found the right doctor for such a serious procedure until I found Dr. Gross. The whole team is attentive, caring, skilled and knowledgeable. From the initial consultation, to the surgery, to post-op care, the experience has been great. I'm now one month post-op and my nose looks amazing already! I have gotten so many compliments and for the first time in my life, I enjoy looking in a mirror. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is something to be said about someone who really truly cares about their patients, and so highly believes in themselves and their results. I have a lot of respect for that. The people at primera have delicately brought me back to a feeling that my revision will end up okay, and continuously emailed and called me to help me sort out my thoughts and Questions. I had to have revision rhinoplasty done at this facility and like I said above, they really go above and beyond your expectations where sometimes drs. and nurses may seem not to really care, THEY DO. Dr. Gross even remembered the smallest details about my life that I couldn't believe anyone would remember after just one consultation. They just want to pamper you, and.make you feel at ease and taken care of, and that they do. The entire staff is this way, it's very refreshing to walk into the facility and have them all great you so kindly with genuine care and question about your well being.
