  I have been in customer service my whole life and truly love great service. Went in for two extractions on a Saturday morning with sedation. Best customer services I've experienced in years. Even a follow up call from the Doc himself. I don't care if my insurance covers this place or not, it will be the only place I ever go again! World class facilities and services. best in the business.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, WOULD USE AGAIN. Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here, and it didn't go as smoothly as expected. I had some complications after the surgery with bone fragments (just the way I healed, nothing done by Dr. Whitman to cause them) and had to revisit to have them removed and everything smoothed over. Dr. Whitman was very prompt in seeing me after I told him about the complications and worked to get me in asap as he realized I was experiencing discomfort. He set everything right and I'm almost 100% healed up now. If I had more wisdom teeth to have removed Dr. Whitman would be the guy to do it.

  I was referred for an implant, not covered by my plan. I went in for a $350 CT scan (patient pay) and was told I would see the doc for quick consult. When I arrived and after the scan I was told the doc doesn't see patients after a scan, despite insisting that was the plan discussed with the referring doc. I left without seeing doc despite insisting it was arranged. On the drive home, doc Whitman called and apologized for not telling his staff he was to see me and said we could consult over the phone. I called the next day and asked how much roughly the procedure would cost since I was out of pocket, and then was told they would get back with me. A week of following up with two different people who did not return my calls finally got me the answer that medically and ethically the doc felt giving prices in advance wad something he could not do without an in office consult. I reminded Dorothy that the doc said we could do it over the phone and all I'm asking for is an estimate and she said not without coming back in. I asked for the doc's voicemail to leave him a message and she says there was none. So basically this office required payment in full before a procedure, but couldn't tell me the amount until I came back and paid for a consult? This is unprecedented in this or any other business proven by the fact that the very next office I called gave me a rough price having never seen me even once. Beware, they may be good surgically, but I'll never find out because their office policies are murky at best.
