- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Clean and spacious facility, felt comfortable there with my three fussy kids. The staff was kind and patient, got in relatively quick. Dr.Sigman was awesome. First Urgent care Doc I've seen that doesn't hate his job. He took his time with my family and handled my one year old wonderfully. Night Lite Pediatrics in Lake Mary is our new go to Urgent Care. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible!! My husband, myself, and our son walked in on a Sunday night hoping to be seen instead of having to visit the ER. Natasha, who was working the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. It's funny, my husband and I are both in the medical fields, we know how it should of been taken care of. Due to the fact Natasha couldn't verify our copay, she informed us we would have to pay out of pocket and try to get reimbursed. That is what's wrong the insurance world today and she just contributed to it. At our office where I work, we would of verified that the patient's insurance was active and bill the copay.
