  HORRIBLE experience!!!! We were excited to find out the gender of our baby. We came in 15 minutes before our appointment time. Woman at the front desk said she has our doctor's order. We paid CASH for our appointment and sat down to wait. 45 minutes later woman at the front desk tells us that she has the wrong order. My husband immediately drives home to bring her the correct order since we only live 5 minutes away. Meanwhile the manager comes out to tell me they can't see us because it's past our appointment time and they have to honor other patients. So after them making mistake with our doctor's order (how in the world did they pull out an outdated order???? Had she immediately caught her mistake and informed us she didn't have the order, I would have it on her table in minutes!!!!), keeping us waiting for 45 minutes, charging us $300 and they CANNOT honor our appointment???? Extremely unprofessional!!!! Horrible place!!!! Admitting your mistake, apologizing and offering a solution would do so much more but they have ZERO empathy or customer service skills. I will never go back here and I would not recommend you do either. Stay away from FRI at Lake Mary!!!

  The office staff was nice, especially the x-ray team. They were extremely slow to send the report to my Doctor. I called twice and the doctor called three times and I'm still waiting to hear. There seems to be a problem getting results to the proper place.
