- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪To try to make a very long story short...the office changed the time of my appointment the day before my appointment. I called the answering service (by the time I got the message the office was closed) to tell them I would try to make the new time. The day of the appointment, I was unable to make the new appointment time because of a sick child, and my husband not being home. If my appointment time had been kept as it was, there would have been no issue. So having to cancel the day of, for the first time, they charged me for my cancellation. Even with the extenuating circumstances, the office manager was not compassionate, and just plain rude. I work in health care and would never treat my patients the way I was treated. What is even more amazing to me is that they were willing to lose business over 25 dollars. Don't waste your time, I'm sorry I did.September 09, 2017by A Google User
