  I have never dealt with a more ignorant & unprofessional scheduling department. Sadly, I was happy with the doctor, but after dealing with rude incompetent receptionists & staffing individuals, I will be going elsewhere. I flat out had a receptionist say, "I'll just cancel your appointment!" and hang up on me! I was trying to explain I have been recently diagnosed with cancer and my week was booked with appointments & trying to find out when they were opened until. I have had several other issues with this office prior, attempting to get medications filled. They cannot spell, nor get your contact information correct either. So sad. RUN AS FAR away from these people as you can. So rude and ignorant.

  I had a horrible experience at this location. After waiting a month for this appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early prior to my scheduled appointment time (3:00pm). My original appointment time was at 2:00pm but 2 days prior I got a call from the receptionist asking to reschedule it for 3:00pm. I agreed to the change in appointment. When I showed up to this office today, I waited over an hour in the waiting room before being placed in a room to wait for the neurologist. I then waited an additional 35 minutes and was not seen. I ended up leaving. I was so upset and disappointed that I took the day off work for this appointment to get nothing accomplished. I would not recommend this office.
